Crafted with Grit: Turning Raw Ingredients into Bold Bars:
From the first gritty blend of raw ingredients to the final bold bar, each ste of the process is a testament to craftsmanship and strength, delivering a soap that’s as tough as it is refined.
Day 1
Preparation and Mixing
The oils and lye solution are carefully combined and blended until the mixture reaches "trace," where it thickens to the consistency of pudding, ready for pouring into molds.
Day 2
Unmolding and Cutting
The solidified soap is gently removed from the molds, revealing the formed soap block. The soap block is sliced into individual bars, setting the stage for the curing process.
Day 3-45
Curing
The soap bars are left to cure in a well-ventilated space for 4 to 6 weeks, allowing them to harden and for excess moisture to evaporate, ensuring a mild and long-lasting product.
Day 46-47
Labeling and Boxing
The soap bars are labeled and wrapped, ready for presentation and sale, ensuring they are protected and appealing to customers.
